TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING ARRÒS MONTSIÀ PROMOTIONAL PRIZE DRAWS

Participation in any promotional prize draw organized by Arròs Montsià, a brand owned by Camara Arrossera del Montsià (the "Promoter"), shall constitute the Participant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promotional prize draws governed by these Terms and Conditions are organised by Camara Arrossera del Montsià, the owner of the Arròs Montsià trademark.

2. Selection of Prize Winners

Prize winners shall be selected by means of independent third-party selection tools designed to ensure the transparency, impartiality and integrity of the selection process.

Where this does not compromise the personal data of Participants, the Promoter may publish or make available the validation certificate issued by such third-party tool.

3. Verification of Eligibility

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant and to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or who is reasonably suspected of fraudulent conduct, bad faith or any act likely to compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotional prize draw.

4. Eligibility

Participation is open only to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal capacity, unless otherwise expressly provided in the specific terms applicable to a particular promotional prize draw.

5. Prizes

Prizes are personal, non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other products, services or promotions offered by Arròs Montsià, unless otherwise determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion.

6. Acceptance of the Prize

The selected Prize Winner shall have twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of the notification to accept the prize and provide any information reasonably required for its delivery.

Should the Prize Winner fail to respond within the prescribed period, the prize shall be deemed forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

7. Participation Requirements

Participants undertake to comply with the specific participation requirements applicable to each promotional prize draw, as published through the relevant communication channel, including social media platforms, email communications, the official website or any other official communication channel operated by Arròs Montsià.

8. Priority for Certain Prizes

Where a promotional prize consists of attendance at a cooking workshop or any other in-person activity organized by Arròs Montsià, the Promoter may give priority to Participants who have not previously attended activities of a similar nature organized by the brand.

9. Amendment, Suspension or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or cancel any promotional prize draw, in whole or in part, where justified by legitimate reasons or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including events of force majeure.

Any such amendment, suspension or cancellation shall be communicated through the same channels used to promote the relevant promotional prize draw.

10. Use of Image and Likeness

Where a prize involves participation in a cooking workshop or any other in-person event, Participants hereby consent to the capture and use of photographs, video recordings and other visual material in which they may appear for promotional, marketing and informational purposes across Arròs Montsià websites, social media channels and other communication media, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law or the Participant validly exercises any applicable right to object.

11. Data Protection

Personal data provided by Participants shall be processed by Camara Arrossera del Montsià, acting as the data controller, solely for the purposes of administering the promotional prize draw, contacting Prize Winners and arranging the delivery of prizes.

Where the Participant has provided the necessary consent, such personal data may also be processed for the purpose of sending marketing communications relating to Arròs Montsià products, services, promotions and activities.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent previously granted and any other applicable data protection legislation, as further described in the Privacy Policy available at www.montsia.es.

12. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Participation in any promotional prize draw organized by Arròs Montsià shall constitute the Participant's full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of any decisions adopted by the Promoter concerning their interpretation, administration and application.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation or enforcement, shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable laws of Spain.
