3 tips to help our children get back to routine

After a long and intense holiday, it is time for children to return to the routine, but is it so easy to go back to the habits you had before?

It is important to recover some schedules so that children know what they have to do at all times.

How can we get back to the routine?

The most important thing is to warn children of the changes they are going to experience. Even if they are very young, You can make them participate and tell them that you will return to the routine that you had until before the holidays. It is important that you do it progressively until you reach the desired goal.

1. Time to go to sleep. It is the main factor that we must change. One of the easiest ways to adapt your routine is taking advantage of the afternoons intensely. If we go to the park, hiking or they play with friends, it will help you that when you get home, your child is tired and can go to bed soon.

2. Time to wake up. If you put your child to bed early and they have deep and quality sleep, you will get him to wake up earlier. We are sure that you will not need to wake him up! If you can sleep well, will face the day with much more energy.

3. Lunch time. Summer is the season of the year when we break with schedules, we stop respecting them and we adapt as the day goes by. It is important to return to have a ritual marked for your child to adapt and have some schedules. Call him to eat, telling him to wash his hands and sit at the table can be easy but effective tricks.

It is important to establish specic habits in order to better organize yourself and get back to the routine with energy and strength.
