Refresh yourself this summer with a rice salad with a special touch. In Montsià we always bet on seasonal products, so we decided to add a touch: the Peach.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Montsià Long Rice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 peaches
  • 100 g lettuce
  • 100 g parmesan
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper

  1. First we boil the long rice with water and salt for about 17 minutes.
  2. Then, we strain it and let it cool. While we let it rest, peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
  3. Below, we peel the peaches and also cut them into cubes.
  4. We defoliate the lettuce and chop it.
  5. Mix the rice well with the lettuce, the cucumber and the peaches and sprinkle the cheese.
  6. We line the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and ... let's eat!
