If you want to enjoy a healthy and easy-to-prepare recipe, we suggest you enjoy a sautéed rice, peas and ham.


  • 240 g Montsià Extra Rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g peas
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 4 teaspoons of fried tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • olive oil
  • salt

  1. First you have to cook enough water with a little salt in a container. Once the water is boiling, add the rice and cook it for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  2. While you let the rice cook, cut the onion, add a little olive oil in a pan together with a little salt, peas and cloves of rolled garlic. Poach the onion for a few 3 minutes over medium heat too.
  3. Once the onion is browning, you can add a little paprika and fried tomato.
  4. To finish, drain the rice, let it cool and add the peas and the ham slices.
