2 cloves of garlic

100 g Serrano ham
4 teaspoons of fried tomato
1 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions
First you have to cook enough water with a little salt in a container. Once the water is boiling, add the rice and cook it for 15 minutes over medium heat.
While you let the rice cook, cut the onion, add a little olive oil in a pan together with a little salt, peas and cloves of rolled garlic. Poach the onion for a few 3 minutes over medium heat too.
Once the onion is browning, you can add a little paprika and fried tomato.
To finish, drain the rice, let it cool and add the peas and the ham slices.
