Prepare this simple black rice recipe using Montsià Extra Rice and surprise your guests with a tasty dish prepared in the Delta style.

  • 1 onion
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 12 prawn tails

  1. Clean and dice the cuttlefish and separate the ink bags.
  2. Dice the peppers and reserve everything.
  3. Prepare a minced garlic and pop the ink bags by mixing it with the garlic.
  4. Put the paella over high heat with the oil and when it is hot, add the onion, cut very thin.
  5. The moment it looks golden, add the pepper and cuttlefish.
  6. Later, Add the finely chopped tomatoes and add a scoop of fish broth to the sauce
  7. When the sauce is done, Add the rice and stir for a couple of minutes.

  9. Let the rice cook over high heat, removing it during 10 minutes.
