200 g of Montsià Integral Rice
1.5 l water
1 small zucchini
100 g of mushrooms
1 green pepper
Soak the rice in cold water for about 15 minutes.
After that time, drain and put into a pot covered with 1.5 cup of water for the same cup of rice.
Put the covered pot on the heat and when it starts to boil, lower the heat to a minimum and cook it covered for 20 minutes.
After this time, leave it in the pot without uncovering for 30 more minutes.
Wash and cut all the vegetables into regular cubes.
Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When they are "al dente" or to your taste add a good jet of soy sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the integral rice already cooked, one turn and that's it.
