50 g. Montsià Extra Rice
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 purple onion
1 bay leaf
6 black olives
We first clean the cuttlefish by separating the head from the rest of the body. We reserve the tentacles to chop very well and preheat the oven to 180 °.
Then we boiled the rice with the bay leaf, Salt, pepper and fish stock and meanwhile, sauté the red onion and red pepper.
When the onion is, add the tomato and the chopped cuttlefish and fry it for a few 5 minutes. Below, add the rice.
Fill the cuttlefish, we put it in a tray with oil and put it in the oven for about half an hour at about 180º.
We use the cuttlefish, add the black olives on top and serve immediately.
