300 g of Montsià Rice Bomba or Extra
12 canned sardines
2 red peppers
100 g mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Cook the Montsià rice with plenty of water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve.
