  1. Cook the Montsià rice with plenty of water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve.
  2. We will blanch the pepper and the aubergine. We will peel them and cut them into strips and we will dress them with salt and olive oil.
  3. We will Sauté the mushrooms cut into quarters with a pinch of salt and the minced garlic.
  4. For the assembly of the Delta Poké Bowl: In the bottom of the bowl we will place the rice and on top we will harmoniously arrange the previous preparations together with the sardines.
