Today we bring you a spring poké with marinated tuna and steamed rice. It is a recipe that hooks and has more and more fans addicted to #pokebowls, are you one of them? 

Ingredients

  • 200 g steamed Montsià rice
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 150 g fresh red tuna
  • baby spinach leaves
  • black and toasted sesame
  • 100 ml low-salt soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon brown sugar

  1. Cook the Montsià Vaporized rice as indicated by the manufacturer, cool and set aside.
  2. Put the soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil and fresh tuna steak in a bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes. 
  3. Finely chop the onion and mango.
  4. Peel the carrot, and cut it into thin strips.
  5. Peel and slice or dice the avocado.
  6. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and brown the bluefin tuna, well-drained, for 1 minute on each side. Let cool and dice. 
  7. To assemble the Delta Poke Bowl: place the steamed rice at the bottom of the bowl and arrange the sliced onion, mango, avocado and carrot strips in an orderly fashion on top.
  8. In the centre: place the spinach leaves and on top distribute the marinated tuna cubes with the toasted sesame and black sesame. 
  9. To make the sauce emulsify the olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch. Boil the ingredients until the sauce thickens, let cool and serve with the poké.
