August brings us a new Delta Poke Bowl, perfect for a day at the beach or picnic; it's very fresh, super easy to prepare, with sweet flavors and reminds us of a summer salad.


Ingredients

  • 200 g of Steamed Montsià Rice
  • 3 cans of white tuna
  • 6 surimi sticks
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 100 g of soybeans
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 2 slices of natural pineapple
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of mayonnaise
  • 1 dessert spoon of mild mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup

  1. Cook the Montsià steamed rice for 18 minutes, cool and reserve.
  2. Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, peel and cool.
  3. Cook the soybeans or edamame as indicated by the manufacturer, cool.
  4. Finely slice the surimi sticks and crumble the white tuna.
  5. Grate the carrot and chop the pineapple.
  6. Prepare a basic mayonnaise, add the mustard and ketchup and emulsify.
  7. To assemble the Delta Poké Bowl: place the steamed rice at the bottom of the bowl, then arrange the soybeans, the chopped surimi, the grated carrot, the boiled eggs, the pineapple and finally the white tuna.
  8. Decorate with chopped cherry tomatoes.
  9. Serve with the pink sauce.
