400 g Montsià Basmati Rice

2 red tomatoes
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
170 g tomato concentrate
2 bananas
Thyme
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Ginger
Chilli pepper
3 Chicken breasts
350 ml chicken broth
Water
Oil
Black pepper

Instructions
First chop the onion and peppers and sauté them in a pan with a little oil.
When the vegetables are brown, add the tomatoes cut into pieces, salt and sauté for a 3 minutes.
Add the diced chicken and rice with the spices, chilli and tomato to mix for a few minutes.
Add the chicken broth and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
We cut the banana, we add it in oil over medium heat and fry it for 2 minutes.
Serve the skewers with the chicken, fried banana and vegetables.
