Ingredients

  • 240 g Montsià Basmati Rice
  • Cumin
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Leek
  • 800 ml Chicken broth
  • 25 g Raisins
  • Orange zest
  • 25 g Pinions Sweet paprika
  • 25 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon of honey

  1. First put the raisins to soak for 15 minutes and cut the carrot and leek into julienne.
  2. In a saucepan add 3 tablespoons oil, heat and fry the leek and carrot until they begin to soften.
  3. Then add the raisins, the cumin, pine nuts and orange zest and stir for three minutes.
  4. Add the rice, fry it and add the paprika, honey and chicken broth.
  5. To finish, cook the rice for 20 minutes and use it.
