6 tablespoons corn flour
6 tablespoons water

Instructions
To make the arepa dough, place water in a cup, add an egg, sugar and beat with a fork.
Then, Crumble the rice and add it little by little together with the flour to form a homogeneous dough.
In a nonstick skillet or griddle, add a little oil and let it heat over low heat. Meanwhile, mold the dough into an arepa shape and heat it in the pan 3 minutes, turn it over and wait about five more minutes.
If you want you can heat them to the oven so that they are a little more toasted and the heat is conserved. And ... ready to enjoy them!
