We show you how to prepare a seasonal Delta Poke Bowl, made with rice, chestnuts, sweet potatoes and mushrooms. A perfect combination to cook this fall!

Ingredients

  • 300 g of Montsià Extra rice
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 24 chestnuts
  • 100 g of seasonal mushrooms
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • salt

  1. Cook the Montsià Bomba Rice with plenty of water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and sauté in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped garlic and parsley and a pinch of salt.
  3. Make a cross in the chestnuts and toast them in the oven at 180ºC with the sweet potatoes.
  4. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 8 minutes.
  5. To assemble the Delta Poke Bowl: Place the rice in the bottom of the bowl and arrange the previous preparations in a harmonious way.
