Today we cooked a perfect dish for this summer! To freshen up and eat in a balanced and complete way, we have prepared a rice, cucumber with sesame, zucchini, fresh marinated tuna, avocado & soy and lime mayonnaise Delta Poke Bowl. Do you want to try it?


  • 300 g of Montsià Bomba rice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 zucchini
  • 400 g fresh tuna
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 orange
  • 1 avocado
  • toasted sesame
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil
  • 1 lime
  • salt

  1. Cook the Montsià Bomba rice with plenty of water and a pinch of salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and set aside.
  2. Cut the cucumber into slices and then make very thin sticks. Mix with toasted sesame.
  3. Then cut the tuna into cubes and let it marinate with the soy sauce, juice and grated orange peel for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the zucchini into cubes and scald in boiling water for 2 minutes. Cool and set aside.
  5. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
  6. For the lime mayonnaise: In the glass of the electric mixer, beat the egg together with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of the lime juice. Gradually add oil to beat until you get a mayonnaise and incorporate the grated lime peel. Set aside.
  7. To assemble the Delta Poke Bowl: Place the rice in the bottom of the bowl and arrange the previous preparations in a harmonious way.
