Today we show you how to prepare a delicious Delta Poke Bowl high in fiber and folic acid. The benefits that folate or vitamin B9 gives us is that it contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Also, it contributes to the normal function of the immune system.


  • 200 g Montsià Bomba Rice
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g cooked white beans
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • Sriracha
  • 100 ml of cow's milk or soy drink*

  1. Cook Montsià Bomba Rice with plenty of water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve.
    Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, cut into quarters and sauté them in a large frying pan with a little garlic and chopped fresh parsley. Do the same with the asparagus.
  3. Then, put the beans in the pan with a pinch of salt and cumin.
  4. To prepare Sriracha mayonnaise, use milk or soy drink. It must be at room temperature. Measure 100 ml into the glass of the electric mixer and add a pinch of salt.
  5. With the mixer at the bottom of the glass, add sunflower oil little by little, until you get a mayonnaise texture.
  6. When the mayonnaise set adds the spicy and stir everything with a spoon.
  7. Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl and on top, harmoniously arrange the previous preparations. Enjoy your meal!
