Today we propose to prepare an exquisite Delta Poke Bowl, rich in fiber and folic acid. This recipe is not only tasty and refreshing, but also stands out for its nutritional benefits. Folic acid, also known as vitamin B9, is essential for health: it contributes to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy and helps the immune system function properly. An ideal dish to take care of yourself this spring!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Montsià Bomba Rice
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g cooked white beans
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • Sriracha
  • Cumin powder
  • 100 ml of milk

  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into quarters and sauté them in a pan along with the asparagus and a little garlic and chopped fresh parsley.
  2. Cook the beans with the pan with a little salt and cumin powder.
  3. To prepare the Sriracha mayonnaise, put 100 ml of room temperature milk in the blender jar, add a pinch of salt, and with the blender on low, gradually add the oil until it curdles. Finally, add the Sriracha to taste and mix with a spoon.
  4. Assemble the Delta Poke Bowl, placing the rice at the bottom of the bowl and arranging the rest of the ingredients on top in a harmonious manner. Enjoy!
