Today we show you an exquisite Delta Poké Bowl of rice, peas, beetroot, chicken and sweet & sour sauce sauce.
A delicious and complete combination very easy to prepare. It is a source of vitamin B6 that contributes to normal protein and energy metabolism.
Ingredients
200 g Montsià Extra Rice
200 g peas
2 cooked beets
2 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons soy sauce
rosemary or Provencal herbs
golden and black sesame
extra virgin olive oil
pepper
salt
100 ml soy sauce
50 ml rice vinegar
25 ml mirin

Instructions
Cook the Montsià Extra rice with plenty of water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve.
Boil the peas for 5 minutes in water and salt. Reserve it.
Shred the chicken breasts. Salt and pepper.
Peel and cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the garlic over low heat.
Sauté the chicken together with the garlic. When cooked add the soy and rosemary. Reserve it.
Cut the beets into small cubes.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and we have it ready.
For the assembly of the Delta Poke Bowl: At the bottom of the bowl, place the rice and on top, harmoniously arrange the previous preparations.
