This recipe is ideal for celiac people who love pizza, but cannot eat gluten, also as an alternative to the classic Trattoria, to take advantage of leftover rice, vegetables or protein that we have left in the fridge and of course to turn the cook at a family party if you let the little ones in the house help you.

And it is that, making pizza is an activity as simple as it is fun. Also, you will see how crispy and delicious it is!

we leave you with some ideas:

Margarita

It is the classic of the classics, with very few well-balanced ingredients and a curious color range reminiscent of the Italian flag: tomato sauce, ideal if it is homemade, mozzarella, basil, oregano and olive oil.

Four Seasons

It usually combines different ingredients to represent the seasons of the year, the artichoke hearts represent spring, the fresh tomato and basil, summer, the mushrooms, autumn, and the ham or salami and black olives, winter.

Four cheeses

Following the traditional Italian recipe, four PDO cheeses would be used: Fontina, originally from the Aosta Valley; the gorgonzola, from Milan; Parmesan, from the city of Parma; and mozzarella cheese, from Campania. Although you can always adapt it to local cheeses, taking into account combining different flavors and textures.

American

It sounds like breakfast, but it is one of the most consumed pizzas in America, it combines tomato, mozzarella, eggs and bacon or pancetta.

Diavola

The favorite of lovers of spicy, it has chorizo, salami, even chili and a generous amount of cheese with character. And it is usually seasoned with oil flavored with chilli.

Hawaiian

With its detractors and its lovers, pineapple pizza could not be left out since it offers us a curious sweet-salty contrast. The best known recipe for this version includes tomato sauce, mozzarella, pineapple, sweet ham and optional vegetables to taste.

From the Chef. Creativity to power!

The secret of a good pizza is a balanced combination of sour-sweet-salty on an ingenious mix of textures.
