This November we will be cooking a full and balanced Delta Poke Bowl, made with rice, sausage, white beans, tomato and mushrooms. Do you dare to try this Delta Poké Bowl?

Ingredients

  • 300 g Montsià Extra rice
  • 2 sausages
  • 200 g white beans
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • fresh parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

  1. Cook the Montsià Bomba rice with plenty of water and a pinch of salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and set aside.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  3. Then, make dumplings with the sausages and sauté them with a drizzle of oil.
  4. Also sauté the cooked white beans with a drizzle of oil, chopped garlic and parsley.
  5. And to finish, cut the mushrooms into quarters and sauté it with a pinch of salt.
  6. To assemble the Delta Poke Bowl: Place the rice in the bottom of the bowl and arrange the previous preparations in a harmonious way.
