Montsià Rice with our chef Mireia Carbó bring you a delicious rice with vegetables recipe. An easy, complete and light dish, source of vitamins C and B6.


  • 400 g of Montsià Bomba Rice
  • 1200 ml of vegetable broth
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Italian green pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 100 g of green broccoli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Peel and cut the onion and garlic very small. Reserve it.
  2. Clean the rest of the vegetables, cut them into larger squares, about a centimeter, separately and reserve as well.
  3. Place a saucepan over the fire with olive oil.
  4. When it is hot, add the onion and garlic and sauté it without browning.
  5. Add the grated tomato and confit together with the onion.
  6. Add the red pepper, the green pepper, the carrot and the green broccoli.
  7. Sauté it and when 3 minutes have passed add the mushrooms and the zucchini.
  8. Put the rice and the hot vegetable broth. Cook it for about 18 minutes.
