We show you a healthy and tasty recipe with rice and vegetables using Montsià Integral Rice.


  • 250 g of Integral Montsià Rice
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 25 g of butter
  • 100 g of green beans
  • 100 g of frozen peas
  • 2 artichokes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 8 mushrooms
  • cauliflower sprigs
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

  1. Cut the artichokes into 6 pieces each.
  2. Cut the beans into pieces.
  3. Cut the carrots into slices.
  4. Dice the bell pepper.
  5. Separate the cauliflower into twigs.
  6. Cut the tails of the mushrooms.
  7. Carve the onion.
  8. Heat the oil in a saucepan, put the onion, pepper and artichokes, cook for a few minutes, and add the rice and peas.
  9. Cover with half a liter of hot water, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  10. Meanwhile, sauté the mushrooms with the butter and add them to the saucepan.
  11. Do the same with the cauliflower sprigs.
  12. Let cook from 15 and 20 minutes more.
    If in the course of cooking it dried, add a ladle of hot water.
