Today we bring you a refreshing tuna rice marinated with soy, tomato and spicy mint mayonnaise Delta Poke Bowl. A balanced and ideal dish for this summer!
200 g of Montsià Bomba Rice
200 g of fresh tuna
1 clove of garlic
6 tablespoons of soy
1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
2 sprouts of lettuce
10 cherry tomatoes
15 leaves of fresh mint
extra virgin olive oil
Cook the Montsiá Bomba rice with plenty of water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve it.
Marinate the diced tuna with soybeans, minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 minutes.
Wash the tomatoes and lettuce heads and cut them into quarters.
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin julienne strips.
Prepare the mayonnaise in the glass of the electric mixer, crush the egg with the mint leaves, a few drops of lemon and Tabasco juice.
Prepare the mayonnaise by adding oil without stopping to beat. Season it with salt.
To assemble the Delta Poke Bowl: Place the rice in the bottom of the bowl and arrange the previous preparations in a harmonious way.
