Montsià rice, from the Delta to your TV



Something unusual has happened in the rice crops of Delta del Ebro. For a few days, the calm and the vastness of our beautiful rice paddies have been interrupted by a awesome film crew working from sunrise to sunset to show you how laborious and great life in the Delta is and the process of cultivation and harvesting of Montsià rice.

It has been an intense production in which more than 40 people among artistic directors, screenwriters, technical team, and actors have been involved, and, also, we have been lucky enough to have a group of advisers from Càmara Arrosera del Montsià who have intervened in the scenes where the detail of the process of sowing and harvesting the rice was shown in the most reliable way.

A greatjob summarized in less than a minute

In the Delta, the rice cycle is one year long, since the crops are prepared until the rice is collected and packed. And although it is not easy to summarize all this work in less than a minute of film, we are sure that you will enjoy the beauty and temperance that the rice culture and the life in the Delta give us.
