This month's poké bowl is inspired and adapted to our Mediterranean gastronomic culture. A healthy, simple and easy-to-make recipe to enhance the raw material of our gastronomy. Dare to prepare it and enjoy this delicious poké bowl with an Italian touch, ideal to eat at any time.


Ingredients

  • 200 gr Montsià Carnaroli rice
  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 100 gr frozen peas
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 blanched red bell pepper
  • 1 can of canned tuna
  • tender sprouts
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the Montsià Carnaroli rice as indicated on the package, cool and reserve. 
  2. Cook the peas and cool.
  3. Brown the asparagus in a frying pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt. When they are golden brown add 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and let it caramelize. 
  4. Cut the roasted red bell pepper into strips and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. To assemble the Delta Poke Bowl: place the Montsià Carnaroli rice at the bottom of the bowl and arrange the cherry tomatoes, peas, red bell pepper strips and sautéed green asparagus in an orderly fashion on top. 
  6. In the center place the canned tuna and decorate with some tender sprouts.
  7. Emulsify the vinaigrette ingredients and serve as an accompaniment.
