What are our top 5 of beaches of the Ebro Delta?

As we mentioned in this other post, the Delta offers a multitude of plans in summer, but if you want tranquility, sunny and listen to the sound of the waves, these are our proposals:

Eucaliptus beach: located in the beautiful municipality of Amposta is one of the largest beaches in the area. It is characterized by its open spaces, its fine sand and low occupation, so it remains quite virgin. You can bathe, enjoy the native fauna and lie down among the impressive dunes. Then, a walk through the old town of Amposta and to eat a good Montsià rice. 

Serrallo beach: If that of the Eucalyptus seems calm to you, Serrallo beach will seem to you for exclusive use. It is the most deserted and unspoiled of the Delta beaches, ideal to escape the noise and the tourist hustle. More than 3 kilometers in length and a width of up to 100 meters, you can go down the feasts and reach other beaches within the municipality of Sant Jaume d'Enveja

Migjorn Beach: from the Serrallo you can walk to Migjorn beach. By the way, you will be able to know the process of the delta drainage through its discharge gates. Before arriving, you will nd a viewpoint where it is worth stopping. In addition to being able to appreciate spectacular sunsets, you will enjoy the views of the Buda Island and the Alfacada lagoon. Unforgettable sunsets and crystal clear waters

Trabucador beach: another must-see Delta wonder. Located in the Trabucador bar in front of Sant Carles de la Rápita,  Trabucador beach offers tranquility and a virgin space with the convenience of leaving the car right next to the beach. Its shallow and crystalline waters make it suitable to come with family and practice water sports.

In addition, the views this place offers are worth it: you will see the rice elds in all their splendor and characteristic summer color. At the bottom, if you are interested, You can also visit the salt ats, by appointment booked. 

Les Cases-Marjal beach: if you are one of the maniacs of the sand, we give you an alternative between the Casas de Alcanar and the beach of l’Estanyet. This beach has the boardwalk next to it, so that, if you feel like renting a bike or skates, You can go through it enjoying the views of the Sierra del Montsià.
