September arrives and the dreaded routine, that's why we bring you 3 very complete recipes with rice to take you to work!

Now that the holidays are over it's time to return to a healthy and balanced diet. Many times at work we tend to buy pre-cooked or frozen meals due to lack of time. But … We have the solution!

Tuppers arrived years ago and, the truth is that they take us out of any commitment. Do not worry if you are lazy to cook because we have 3 perfect rice recipes, quick and healthy to take you to work.

Surely at home you have thousands of tuppers, of all sizes and colors and as we know that an empty tupper does not make any sense, we offer you 3 recipes with rice so that you can take them to work or … anywhere!

Rissotto with mushrooms. Autumn is coming and we want to bet on seasonal products. First you must sauté the onion and minced garlic in a pan with butter and add the chopped mushrooms and season. Add the Montsià Carnaroli Rice, stir for a few minutes and add a glass of wine and vegetable broth until evaporated. Cook for approximately 15 or 20 minutes. Ready!

Curry rice. Chop the onion and brown it with a little oil. Mix and sprinkle a few spices and heat the vegetable broth in a saucepan, pour the rice into the pan, sauté with seasoning. Add the broth to the pan, stir and cook some 10 minutes.

Rice cake. Mix tuna and tomato sauce and make a paste, together with the Montsiá Extra Rice boiled for about 15 minutes. Add in a mold, cover the cake with mayonnaise and decorate it to taste.
