1.When you leave home, do it under the shade,
apply sunscreen and bring wipes to refresh your child. Avoid going out with your children from 12 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. If you want to take a walk in the park or to the beach,
do it during the cooler hours so that your child can enjoy a good day.
2.Hydration is one of the important points and even more for children. Always try that t
hey drink water or juices and eat fruits or vegetables rich in water to obtain the necessary vitamins and hydration. Experts recommend children to drink about 1,2 litres per day in children between 4 and 8 years.
3.Try to avoid sudden changes in temperature. If you have air conditioning at home, regulate it
between 24 and 26 degrees. A little trick is opening windows during cooler hours to cool the rooms.
4.Our last advice is that with the arrival of the heat, you better
