Instructions
Put water to heat and, when it starts to boil, incorporate the amount of rice you need. Remember that the cooking time of integral rice is longer than white rice, between 30 and 40 minutes.
When you're ready (to taste), run it under cold water and let it cool to room temperature.
Peel and grate the apples. Do it at the last minute to avoid rust colour. To delay oxidation, instead of grating them you can cut it into very small pieces and soak it in water with lemon.
When the rice is cold, mix it with the grated apple. The ratio is half and half, but you can mold it to everybody's taste.
Add half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, try and correct if necessary.
