250 g of Integral Montsià Rice
2 medium carrots
25 g of butter
100 g of green beans
100 g of frozen peas
1 red pepper
1 large onion

Peel and cut the onion into small cubes first, then heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion to sauté until it starts to show through.
Add the rice and salt and cook for about two minutes. Meanwhile, chop the fresh mint and add all the spices to the pan, as well as peas. Then, pour some 400 ml of water and stir for a few 4 minutes.
Below, cut the stems of the artichokes and the top. You must calculate the necessary place to incorporate the rice.
