Today we show you with the recipe for the baked paella prepared by the winners of  Sant Jordi's workshop. Learn to cook it too and start falling in love with your stomach.

Ingredients

  • 320 g Montsià Extra Rice
  • 1.5 l vegetable broth
  • 200 g pork chop
  • 70 g kale
  • 150 g cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • minced garlic
  • ¼ bunch of thyme
  • 500 g fried or sauce tomato
  • 15 g sweet paprika
  • pepper
  • oil
  • salt

  1. In the paella, cook the ribs, until they are toasted and reserve.
  2. In the same paella, with a little more oil, fry the vegetables: first the onion and garlic.
  3. Cook until the onion is golden brown. Add the peppers and finally the kale along with the cauliflower.
  4. Then add the paprika and the tomato sauce. Salt and pepper it.
  5. Cook 5 min, until the water released by the tomato. Add the reserved ribs.
  6. Brown the rice together with the sauce for a few minutes and dip with the very hot vegetable broth. The ratio will be 3 parts of broth to 1 part of rice.
  7. Wait for the rice to boil, over high heat, for 4 min. Rectify with the broth and salt, if it is necessary.
  8. Cook in the oven over medium heat. Remove from the oven and serve.
