Today we travel to Korea! We teach you how to prepare one of its most famous dishes: bibimbap. This is a very complete dish made with rice, vegetables, meat and eggs, as well as delicious condiments and sauces.

  • 200 g beef fillets
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • zucchini
  • 50 g fresh spinach
  • 50 g soy sprouts
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 75 ml olive oil sesame
  • 15 g sugar
  • 15 ml honey
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml gochujang sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • black pepper

  1. Start by boiling the Montsià Bomba rice for about 17 minutes. Once cooked, reserve it.
  2. Boil the vegetables separately until they are semi-hard, wash them with cold water and place them in a pan over medium-high heat with oil for 6 minutes along with two tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of olive oil. sesame and half a tablespoon of sugar.
  3. Then season the meat with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of sesame oil, one tablespoon of sugar, black pepper and sesame seeds.
  4. Let it rest for a few minutes so that it absorbs the flavor. Finally, sauté for 10 minutes over high heat.
  5. Then fry the whole eggs and place one in the middle of each plate. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Finally, prepare your dish, placing the ingredients on a base of Montsià Bomba rice in a bowl. Season it with 1/2 tablespoon or 1 tablespoon per person of gochujang sauce.
