Instructions

  1.  Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper and mix with a tablespoon of curry.
  2.  Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and brown the meat for a few minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.
  3. To cook the Montsià Basmati Rice, we use a saucepan, and put a couple of tablespoons of oil in the bottom, heating over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the onion and heat with a little salt in the same pan.
  5. Add the rest of the curry and the raisins and cook for one minute. Add the flour and stir quickly to integrate it.
  6.  Pour in the broth and cook for about 5 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Put the chicken in the pan and add the cream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and stir to integrate everything well. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Correct the liquid level to taste.
  8.  Separately, brown the banana and pineapple in a little oil or butter and add to the rice.
  9. Now you can serve it!
