Today we will make a very fresh and nutritious Delta Poké Bowl, combining a base of Montsià Basmati Rice with delicious marinated prawns and a fresh accompaniment of seasoned tomatoes and zucchini. Try it and enjoy a very aromatic and complete dish that hooks the cute.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of Montsià Basmati rice
  • 150 g peeled prawns
  • 3 or 4 rolled portobellos mushrooms
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 lemon
  • grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons dessert soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. 1. Cook the rice with water, a drizzle of lemon juice and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes with the pot covered. Let stand 3 minutes, cool and set aside.
  2. To macerate the prawns, mix them with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little grated ginger and lemon juice. Reserve them in the fridge.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Saute the rolled portobellos with a little oil and soy sauce until golden.
  5. Slice the zucchini and season with lemon juice and grated ginger.
  6. Saute the prawns just enough to make them tender.
  7.  For the assembly of the Delta Poke Bolw: at the bottom of the bowl we will place the rice and on top we will arrange the mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and prawns in an orderly manner.
  8. We will make a sauce by mixing and emulsifying a tablespoon of soy sauce, a few drops of lemon juice and four tablespoons of oil, which will serve to accompany the poke. [[End_directions]
