Today we bring you a super simple, healthy, very fresh and with plant-based proteins! A Delta Poké Bowl without animal products is a super complete recipe that will provide you with lots of nutrients. Do you want to know how to prepare this delicious recipe?


  • 200g of Montsià Brown Rice
  • 150g of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 avocado
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 100g of edamame
  • Grated ginger
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Yuzu sauce or lemon juice
  • Black sesame
  • Fresh mint leaves

  1. Cook the Montsià brown rice, with plenty of water and a little salt, for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and set aside.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and cook the edamame for 1 minute. Peel these ingredients and cool.
  3.  Slice the zucchini, dice the avocado and cook the egg for 10 minutes.
  4. To assemble the Delta Poke Bowl: place the brown rice at the bottom of the bowl and arrange the chickpeas, avocado, tomatoes and edamame on top.
  5. Distribute the zucchini rolls, and the boiled egg and decorate the bowl with fresh mint and black sesame.
  6. To finish; emulsify the sauce ingredients and serve to accompany. Enjoy this delicious Delta Poké Bowl!
