  1. Remove the magret skin with the help of a knife and cut the meat into medium dice and the skin into several pieces.
  2. Then, put a deep casserole, over high heat with a few drops of oil.
  3. When it is at high temperature add the chopped magret.

  5. Sauté the rice in that duck oil for two minutes, Add the sauce and sauté for one more minute.
  6. Add the hot broth and turn to medium-high heat. Stir frequently so it doesn't stick. Cook during 15 minutes.
  7. Later, add the meat. Let it boil 2 minutes more.
  8. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper, later, sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley.
