To prepare the recipe of the month, we wanted to add one of the most characteristic vegetables of autumn: the pumpkin. Pumpkin is a seasonal product that contributes to improving the cardiovascular and immune system thanks to potassium, match, magnesium and iron. It is a perfect ingredient to combine with rice!


  • 220 g. Montsià Bomba Rice
  • 500 g. pumpkin
  • 50 g. Parmesan
  • vegetables soup
  • olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • onion
  • pepper
  • salt

  1. First we poach the onion in olive oil and chop the garlic into small pieces.
  2. Chop the pumpkin and add it to the casserole with the onion and garlic.
  3. Below, pour the vegetable broth and let it cook 10 minutes.
  4. We incorporate the rice, we throw a little salt and cook it some 18 minutes until the broth is absorbed. It is important that the grain is cooked, but not too much so it won't open.
  5. Finally, we spread the grated parmesan and serve the hot plate.
