  • 200 g of Montsià Bomba Rice
  • 200 g smoked tofu
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ cauliflower
  • ½ broccoli
  • 100 g green beans
  • 2 salad tomatoes
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

  1. First, cook Montsià Bomba Rice with plenty of water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve.
  2.  Choose the most tender broccoli and cauliflower sprouts. Cut the beans.
  3. In a pot, heat plenty of salted water and wait for it to come to a boil.
  4. When water starts to boil, blanch the broccoli and cauliflower sprouts. In other words, boil for 3 minutes making sure they are al dente or to your liking.
  5.  Cool in a bowl with water and cubes and do the same with the green beans.
  6.  Cook the minced garlic with olive oil.
  7.  Afterwards, cut the tofu into cubes and pass through the pan with the oil and garlic.
  8.  Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  9.  Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl and on top, harmoniously arrange the previous preparations.
  10. Season with salt, oregano and a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy your meal!
