Today we bring you an adaptation of one of the most famous traditional Italian desserts of Venetian origin: the rice tiramisu. A sweet that never disappoints anyone. Rice gives greater consistency and creaminess to the tiramisu, besides being a great source of minerals and vitamins.


Ingredients

  • Montsià Bomba rice 150 g
  • Milk 400 ml
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese
  • Cylinders 150 g
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Cylinders 300 g
  • 150 g sugar
  • A teaspoon of instant coffee
  • Vainilla powder
  • Coffe liqueur

  1. The first step is to heat the milk. Add a spoonful of instant coffee, the sugar and a little vanilla powder.
  2. When the milk reaches boiling point, add the rice. Let it cook well, stirring it constantly. Remove from the heat.
  3. Next, beat the egg yolks and mix them with the mascarpone cheese.
  4. Mix everything very well.
  5.  Soak the sponge cakes in coffee liqueur and place them as a base in a mold.
  6. Pour the mixture over the sponge cakes very carefully.
  7.  Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy!
