Shrimp rice is one of the most complete dishes for Christmas. It is a very easy and fast rice to make. Discover this recipe with us and leave your diners open-mouthed!
Ingredients
350 g Montsià Extra Rice
1 big onion
4 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
1 green peppe
r 250 g. shrimp
extra virgin olive oil
½ glass of white wine

Instructions
Chop the onion, pepper, garlic and tomato and put it in the saucepan together with the extra virgin olive oil. We will do the stir fry slowly. When you're ready, we crush it well and put it back in the saucepan.
While making the sofrito, peel the shrimp and put the heads and shells in a saucepan. We add a jet of extra virgin olive oil and bring to the fire.
Below, sauté the heads and shells for a few minutes and add the wine until it evaporates. We cover it with water and let it boil.
We add the rice in the sauce and remove everything, we add the broth of the remains of the shrimp and let it cook everything for 18 minutes.
When the rice is tender, add the shrimp and let them rest for a few 5 minutes for them to cook… ready!
