This recipe contains a high content of vitamin B12, which contributes to normal energy performance metabolism.
This Delta Poké Bowl is high in protein, which is great to eat a few minutes after exercising. In this way, the metabolic window is used, when our body is more receptive to the assimilation of nutrients.

200 g of Montsià Bomba Rice
¼ cabbage
16 fresh shiitakes
1 small cucumber
20 prawns
Sesame
extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Cook Montsiá Bomba Rice with water and a little salt for about 15-16 minutes. Drain, cool and reserve.
Heat water in a pot with a little salt. Cut the cabbage into fine julienne strips. When the water boils we will blanch it for 2 minutes. Drain and reserve.
Clean and cut shiitakes into sheets. Sauté them in a large frying pan with a little oil and when they have released the water add 3 soy sauce spoons. Lower the heat and evaporate. Reserve.
Wash the cucumber and without peeling it, cut it on the bias, into very thin slices and then cut them into sticks. Mix the cucumber with sesame. Reserve.
Peel the prawns trying to leave the tail. Open through gut and remove the black fillet from back. Steam them for 2 minutes. Reserve.
For the sauce, sauté the two minced garlic in a small frying pan with a extra virgin olive oil splash. When garlic tries to take color, add the peeled and grated ginger, soy sauce and lemon zest and juice. Cook 1 minute and reserve.
To prepare Delta Poke Bowl: Place rice at the bottom of the bowl and on top, harmoniously arrange the previous preparations.
