This May we bring you a recipe for broth rice with cod. Cod is a white fish, so it is low in fat and has lots of vitamins.
Ingredients
300 g. Montsià Bomba Rice
1.5 l. cod stock
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
6 tomatoes
20 ml of olive oil

Instructions
First we cut the onions and garlic into cubes.
Below, we grate the tomatoes, we remove the seeds and discard the skin.
To make the sofrito, add the onion and garlic in a pot and cook them for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add the grated tomatoes and cook everything for 15 minutes more.
Sauté the rice for two minutes, add the cod stock and cook it for 15 minutes.
Finally we add the cod and let it cook together with the rice and the sauce for 3 minutes.
