3 cups of water
How to prepare it?
Wash half a cup of Montsià rice well. (wholegrain rice is an excellent option).
Boil it with 3 cups of water for 15 minutes (or 30 minutes for wholegrain rice).
Strain the rice and save the water once it has cooled.
Pour the liquid into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator (it will last for about 5-7 days). Directions for use: Apply with a cotton ball to clean skin, morning and night. You can use it as a toner or even to soothe irritations after sunbathing.

Hydrating Rice and Honey Mask


If you're looking for more elastic, soft, and nourished skin, this homemade mask is for you. Cooked rice acts as a soothing agent, honey is antibacterial and moisturizing, and milk softens and brightens.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of cooked rice (you can use arroz bomba or extra from Montsià)
1 tablespoon of natural honey
1 tablespoon of milk
Preparation: Blend all the ingredients until a smooth paste forms. Apply to a clean face and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Remove with warm water and gently pat dry with a towel. You'll get skin with fewer signs of fatigue and visibly calmer.

Gentle raw rice scrub

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of raw rice (can be long rice or wholegrain rice)
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt or coconut oil
